Cancellation & Refund Policy

We always try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with, but there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

Cancellations Policy

  • Product No Longer Available Or Temporarily Out Of Stock.
  • Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
  • Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C
  • Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
  • Problems Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department
  • Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
  • Non-Serviceable Locations
  • We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  • If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer :

  • In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you.
  • But please note that we will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

How to cancel the order :

  • Log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’ Page.
  • Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘View Details’ link
  • In the detailed order page, you will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items in that order
  • Click on the ‘Cancel’ link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
  • Note : A disabled ‘Cancel’ link can mean that the item is being shipped together with another order of yours or the item is non-refundable.

Refund Process :

  • How much time a Cancellation/Refund process may take is described below:
  • Once you request the return/cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
  • In Case of cancellation if the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the Returned/Cancelled items back from the courier. You’ll be informed by mail how you’ll have to send back the product(s).
  • However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with Us and the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation
